Holiday Journal to Wakatobi

Hi guys, as promised, i finally posted this holiday journal to Wakatobi. I hoped it would be a short post, but it's impossible. （￣ー￣） I will post lots of photos in this post. Enjoy~

Okay, for the reader who didn't know, i went to Wakatobi, Indonesia with my family for 2012 christmas holiday. I went for 4 days and 3 nights. All i can say is beautiful beach and sea! LOL~

Wakatobi practically is a pretty isolated island, you wouldn't get any connection except you used Telkomsel. I was kinda stressed out because i couldn't upload any photos to instagram, couldn't update FB status or even checked on my email and blog. (✗_✘)

But thanks to the beautiful beach and the activities i had, i forgotten about the damn internet connection thingy.

On the first day, i only ate lunch and played for a while on the beach in front of the resort i stayed. After that my sisters and i rested in our room, took a bath and went to have dinner at the restaurant. On that first day, my family met new friends from Jakarta, local tourists who wouldn't become our company while we're staying at Wakatobi.

On the second day, my family went to see the dolphin early in the morning but we had no luck. After that my sisters and i had our first experience of snorkling and diving. I successfully tried the snorkling thing, but failed on the diving. I panicked easily and i'm pretty afraid if i have to breath with the oxygen provided. (ˇ_ˇ'')‎ But my sisters went successfully with both. I'm envy them.

We didn't bring the underwater camera with us that day so we had to come back the next day. D:

And oh! We got our sunburn because of the second day. I was snorkling from 11am to 4pm. I regretted it soon after the sun set.


The third day, my sister and i woke up really early to catch the sunrise, but we kinda failed. Later on that day, my family and i had the city tour in the morning and my sisters went diving again on the evening. I was taking lot of photos while waiting for them. The sunburn bothered me a lot because it hurted so much if i stood under the sun. (✗_✘) I hide all the time and sulking all day when i had to walk under the sun without protection. LOL~ The lotion didn't work at all. TT^TT

The fourth day, we supposed to have a little journey together with the other local guest, but i was too sleepy and tired to even open my eyes, so i wasn't going. My sisters went on their own because they're late. Later on the afternoon, we had to catch the flight back to Jakarta.

I will write some review about the resort i stayed next and some detailed post for the city tour! :D
